1) find the volume of the rectangle ( lxwxh=v)
lengh= 8.1 cm
width=6.2 c
height= 3.3 cm
2) the original volume of the water is 70 ml. if you dropped a rock into the water and the volume becomes 72 ml. what is the volume of he rock?
3)why does the first method (lxwxh=v) for determining volume work only for a regularly shaped object?
4)will the water displacement method for determining volume work for any object or just an irregularly shaped one? why?
5) is one method of measurement more accurate than the other? why or why not?
6)would the water displacement method of measurement work for a cube of sugar? what about a cork? why or why not?

Asubmarine has a "crush depth" (that is, the depth at which water pressure will crush the submarine) of 250 m. what is the approximate pressure (water plus atmospheric) at this depth? (recall that the density of seawater is 1025 kg/m3, g = 9.81 m/s2, and 1 kg/(ms2) = 1 pa = 9.8692 10-6 atm.) a. 34.8 atm b. 24.8 atm c. 25.8 atm d. 7.8 atm

You have a resistor and a capacitor of unknown values. first, you charge the capacitor and discharge it through the resistor. by monitoring the capacitor voltage on an oscilloscope, you see that the voltage decays to half its initial value in 2.70 miss . you then use the resistor and capacitor to make a low-pass filter. what is the crossover frequency fc?
