Bad nose bleed how to get it to stop

okay so first sit down and firmly pinch the soft part of your nose, just above your nostrils, for at least 10-15 minutes.

after that, then lean forward and breathe through your mouth – this will drain blood into your nose instead of down the back of your throat. :) i hope it getss better.

How I stop a Nosebleed:

Step One

Pinch the bottom bone of your nose all the way back

Step Two

Make sure you have some kind of thing keeping the blood from exiting

Step Three

Look down for roughly 10 minutes or above

(Ways to do so is by reading a book, or looking through your phone)

Optional Step (I do not reccomend this one)

Tilt your head backwards when pinching your noise, so the blood comes back
