F. J.S., portador de doença falciforme, deu entrada no PS “Aqui você cura” com história de dores articulares em membros inferiores e epigastralgia há sete dias com melhora parcial após usar em casa um antiácido. Apresenta ainda tosse seca há cerca de 3 dias, febre não aferida e sensação de dispneia. Há 1 dia iniciou quadro de dor torácica e piora da dor em membros inferiores. Ao exame clínico apresentou: FC = 120 bpm PA= 110 x 60mmHg, Tax = 38,4ºC, FR = 29 ipm. Ao ser atendido pelo médico recebeu a seguinte prescrição: 1. Dieta geral VO. 2. Codeína comprimido 30 mg VO de 6 /6 horas. 3. Ceftriaxone 1 g IV 1 x dia. 4. SG 5% 1000 ml EV 12/12 horas. 6. Dipirona 1 g EV a cada 6/6 horas. 5. Manter cateter de O2 2L/min. Pós-atendimento médico, o Sr. F. J.S. foi encaminhado à sala de observação para ser medicado. a) Realize o cálculo das medicações prescritas sabendo-se que no setor estão disponíveis: 1. Codeína comprimido 60 mg. 2. Ceftriaxone ampola 2 g / 3 ml. 3. Dipirona 500 mg / ml b) Realize o cálculo de gotejamento da solução glicosada em gotas/min.
