These activities can focus on projects developed by young people from schools and universities that commit to having a certain level of physical activity and a balanced diet, controlling their results for the analysis of a positive impact, not only on physical but also mental health. These programs are intended to teach the community in general to have a much healthier and quieter life, in which individuals feel better about themselves and can help others do so as well.
One of the strategies that could also be used in the future is the articulation of activities that benefit in some way the participants of good eating practices and physical activity in order to prevent mass obesity, such as economic incentives to those who are fit or develop physical activity, discount vouchers, free tickets, tickets to amusement parks among others.
