Before plugging in the values in the equation the length of the prism must be converted to inches 
1 ft. = 12 in.
Therefore 2 ft. = 24 in.

By plugging in the values of length, width, and height into the equation 
2(24)(14) + 2(24)(11) + 2(14)(11) = 1508 in.²
