Write a number as tenths in fraction form

This is what it is asking. There can be also other numbers above. These are just the basic numbers for tenths.

Not really sure of what you wanted but here goes...

.6=6/10 in fraction form.

Explanation: Decimals have decimal places, for example;

. = a number in the tenths place, so if it were in the tenth's place, it would be out of ten like this; .

However, if there is a number say beyond that to the left, it would be in the hundredth's place (.). In that case, you would put the two numbers out of 100 (). 

Beyond the tenths and hundredths places, there are the thousandths, ten-thousandths, ans millionths. Keep in mind, that the farther away from the point you go from the left, the amount/value gets smaller and smaller.
