9*[2.5-0.5b]+3b=6------> 22.5-4.5b+3b=6------> 1.5b=16.5------> b=11

a=2.5-0.5*11------> a=2.5-5.5------> a=-3

The Standard Form of a Quadratic Equation is

 ax² + bx + c = 0--------> -3x²+11x-6=0
