u(3u+2)+2u(u-1)=

1)     p(7p−3)
       =(p)(7p+−3)
       =(p)(7p)+(p)(−3)
       =7p2−3p
Answer is: 7p2-3p

2)     3(2y-1)+2(3y+1)
    Distribute:
             =(3)(2y)+(3)(-1)+(2)(3y)+(2)(1)
 
       Combine Like Terms:
              =6y+-3+6y+2
              =(6y+6y)+(-3+2)
              =12y+-1
Answer is:  12y-1

3)     u(3u+2)+2u(u−1)
 Distribute:
  =(u)(3u)+(u)(2)+(2u)(u)+(2u)(−1)
=3u2+2u+2u2+−2u
Combine Like Terms:
3u2+2u+2u2+−2u
(3u2+2u2)+(2u+−2u)
5u2

The answer is: 5u and the unit of 2
