To get the 2nd table, you divide each element of the 1st row by 40 and where is the total, you divide by 150:

Current             12/40 = 0.30              28/40 = 0.7                   40/150 =0.27
Not current       38/110 =0.345           72/110 =0.654               110/150 =0.73
Total                     50/150=0.33            100/150 = 0.666                 1

The answer is 63.!
