Okay. So for the data, we will construct a stem and leaf plot. The stem represents the tens and the leaf section represents the ones. We have to put the tens places in number order. As far as we see, the tens numbers are 6, 8, and 9. The ones spot goes on the leaf side, and we will place those behind the stems, depending on which tens digit they belong to. If you do this correctly, your stem and leaf plot should look like this as shown in the attatchment. 

Some numbers show up on the leaf plot more than once, but you may have to put the same ones digit more than once, because we are representing the data. We always put the numbers in order just like that.
