In this shape, you see a parallelogram (the outer figures) or possibly a rhombus (if each side is the same length), you can create a trapezoid/trapezium from the first 3 triangles that are put together in the second row of triangles from from the top.  A third quadrilateral you see is a square (may be called a rectangle and a rhombus as well) in the center.  This is created by 2 triangles together.
