Imean if the temperature increase +4 every hour i'm pretty sure it would be sunny with no/little amounts of clouds.    just kidding.an equation like that would most likely look something like x+4 etc.  now from the question, the temperature would be increasing for every single hour.  so, you would add +4 every hour.    if you were multiplying, the equation would look more like "x4 "
