The decimal part is   3,125/10,000 .
To simplify that thing, divide numerator and denominator by  625  !
In simplest form, it's  5/16 ,
and the mixed number is  4 and 5/16 .

If you want the WHOLE mixed number in the form of a[n improper]
fraction, you'd have to chop each of the 4 into 16 pieces, resulting
in  64/16 .  Added to the  5/16  of the decimal part, the whole
mixed number is equivalent to  69/16 .

You just need to add 32 to 14 and get 46.
