As you know, there are 60 minutes per degree and 60 seconds per minute.

so in 36", there are 36/60 minutes, or 0.6' then.

now, we already have 22' before that, so is really 22 + 0.6 or 22.6'.

how many degrees?  22.6/60 degrees, or... well, surely you'd know that.
