The sum of two numbers is 85. one of the numbers is 4 more than twice the other number. determine the two numbers

Ok this one was pretty easy to me but my brain works way different then other peoples anyways frist you would take 85 and divide it by 2 and you woud get 42.5 and 42.5 next you would subtract 4 from one and add it to the other so now you have 38.5 and 46.5 and that is your answer. hope this help :) ;P
