Simple arithmetic.

    If 2 inches = 5 yards

   Then 6.5 inches = X

   Hence X = (6.5 * 5)/2 = 16.25 yards.

    Also If 2 inches = 5 yards

   Then 4 inches = X

   Hence X = (4 * 5)/ 2 = 10 yards.

    So the actual length of the park is 16.25 yards long and 10 yards wide.
