That aside, let's get that problem answered. 

FIRST: This question is asking how far he runs in 2 hours. 
In order to find this, we need to know how far he runs in 1 hour. 

It tells us that in 2/3 hour, he runs 6 1/2 miles. (Woah!) 

Take 6 1/2 and divide that in half. 

We would get 3 1/4, so that is 1/3 of an hour.

Now: 
3 1/4 multiplied by 3 is 9 3/4.

Since that is only 1 hour, you double(multiply by 2) that, which is 19 1/2.

Your answer is: 19 1/2 in 2 hours.
