Write and solve a word problem in which there are 3 yellow beads for every 2 blue beads

When formatting a word problem, you want to make sure it makes sense, includes the numbers,  and is not to complicated.


sara is trying to make a bracelet. for every 3 yellow beads, she needs 2 blue beads. if sara had 9 yellow beads, how many blue beads would she need?

let's try to work this out by making a table.

                    6 | 4
                    9 | 6
so your answer would be 6 beads.
