Julio worked for  30 hours with his normal hourly rate (r),
but for 35 - 30 = 5 hours he got the normal hourly rate times 1.4
and for the whole week he got $436.60

The equation is:
30r + 5(1.4)r = 436.60
30r + 7r = 436.60
37r = 436.60
r = 436.60/37
