Distribute

5x+3x + 3(−5) = 6x + 2x − 15

5x + 3x + −15 = 6x + 2x − 15

Combine Like Terms

(5x + 3x) − 15 = 6x + 2x + −15  

8x + −15 = 8x + −15  

8x − 15 =8x − 15

Subtract 15 from both sides.

8x = 8x

There are infinite  answers.
