Ill is trying to decide if he can afford a new car. The car he wishes to purchase costs $135 biweekly. He lives in a bungalow with a monthly mortgage of $1 350. Heating costs are $95 a month, and property taxes are $1 500 a year. Bill also has a credit card debt that he is paying off with monthly payments of $115. Bill’s gross monthly income is $3 900. Calculate the TDS ratio.
Should Bill purchase the car? Why or why not?
