(a) What size square should be cut from each of the four corners in order to maximize the volume of the resulting box? A square with a side length of 1.5 inches should be cut from each corner. 1.5 inches by 4 inches by 12 inches 72 cubic inches
(b) What are the dimensions of the box with maximal volume?
(c) What is the maximum volume for such a box?
