take a deep breath hold it for some time and then relax your body when exhaling

Don't think is the place to ask but If your not getting enough sleep, that can be why so make sure to SLEEP and take naps at around 1:00pm and Try to wake up at 3:00pm

Aerobic activity can be calming. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and smoking which act as triggers for the attack. Regular physical activity helps in releasing the anxiety.

Easier ways are to breathe slow and deep breathing is the cornerstone of calm. Start by breathing in and out slowly.

Drink more water. Dehydration may affect anxiety in a variety of ways. And raw fruits and vegetables are the best foods for panic attack because they act as antioxidants in your body.
