1. The annual incidence of asthma in the general population of children aged 0 to4 is 1.4% for boys and 1% for girls. In a study of 500 boys and 300 girls aged 0 to 4with smoking mothers, 10 boys and 4 girls are found to have asthma. Use α=.05 for the following questions: a) Construct a 95% confidence interval for the proportion of boys aged 0 to 4 that develop asthma.
b) Using p-value, test whether there is a difference in the annual incidence of asthma among boys aged 0 to 4 years with smoking mothers and the general population
.c) Find a 95% confidence interval for the proportion of girls aged 0 to 4 that develop asthma.

Which of the statements about the graph of the function y = 2x are true? check all of the boxes that apply. the domain is all real numbers x because the exponent of 2 can be any real number when the x-values increases by 1 unit, the y-value multiplies by 2. the y-intercept is (0, 1). the graph never goes below the x-axis because powers of 2 are never negative. the range is all real numbers.
