An expression needs to contain a variable (like “x”) the variable in this case is the total amount of students. For Dance, if we use x to represent the total amount of students, then the statement “1/9 of the students” can be expressed as 1/9x. Then, since it say “29 more than one ninth of the students”, you add 29 to the expression as it’s own term( meaning don’t add 29 with the 1/9, just put them beside each other to form the expression). Doing this should give you the 1/9x + 29
