All the natural numbers from 1 to 100 are written in black, in order, around a circle. We start to color the numbers 1, 16, 31, 46 and so on in red (we color each 15th number, starting from 1). When we pass the whole circle, we do not stop and continue to color the numbers. (For example, after coloring 91 we color number 6, then 21, then so on) We continue to color until no new numbers can be colored red.
