The answer is B, because the formula for slope is y = mx +/- b, mx being the slope while, b is the y-intercept. y = 3/4x - 3 shows that -3 is the y-intercept in this case while 3/4 is our slope (rise/run). As you can see on answer B’s graph, the line intercepts at -3 while also rising 3 up and running 4 to the right.
