Wouldn't you add them all together? for example:
$35 x 12 = $ 420 ( that's the reminding 12 months)
$420 + 75 = $495 (for the connection fee) than work out the 6 months worth
$25 x 6 = $150 (For the 6 months) than plus $495 + 150 = $645.
I see what I did. I didn't realise you add the first answer to get the second.
