For a member of the fitness centre, when the charge in a monthly fee is more than $880, the remaining usage will be charged at $40 per hour. Tom is a member of this fitness centre. a) Tom stayed in the centre for 37 hours this month. Find the fee he should pay.

b) Find the discount percentage by being a member.
