Let X equal to the IQ of a randomly selected American. X following a normal distribution of unknow variance. A random 25 people were selected from street. The average IQ of these people is = 102, the variance of the sample is 25. a. Construct a two-sided 95% confidence interval for the mean of the population
b. If someone claim that the national mean(population) IQ is 100 with the same aforementioned variance. Does your data support this claim? Show your procedure
