Help pls 40 points Maths genius awakee!

Two experiments were carried out to find the relationship between the variables x and y. Both
experiments showed that the relationship between x and y is in accordance to 3(9^x) = 27^y and log2 y = 2 + log2 (x - 2). Find the value of x and y that satisfy both experiments.
