Help pls Owen is going to take a job and live in Atlanta for 5 years. A relator shows him home A that is $250,000.00. the relator tells him the property in this area is increasing at a rate of 3.5% per year. A second home B is listed for $300,000.00. The homes in that area are increasing at a rate of 2% per year. In five years which home will be the most expensive and by how much?

They will be the same price.

Home A will be more, the difference is $46,921.58

Home B will be more, the difference is $31,224.24

Home B will be more, the difference will be $34,302.66​
