The fan took a random sample of 50 quarterbacks from a list of all quarterbacks who played in at least 9 games during the 2019 regular season. From the random sample of quarterbacks, the average pass efficiency rating was 140.272 with a standard deviation of 19.283. Required:
a. Obtain a point estimate for the average pass efficiency rating for FBS quarterbacks.
b. Compute the margin of error for a 95% confidence interval for the average pass efficiency rating for FBS quarterbacks.
c. Construct a 95% confidence interval for the average pass efficiency rating for FBS quarterbacks.
d. Interpret the interval from (c).
