the only thing is that your dot should be an open circle because 11 is not included in the answer. If it was less than or equal too, you have a closed dot, but since its just less than its an open dot. I like to think of it like if its closed dot its included, and if its an open dot it falls through the hole and is not included. I don't know if that makes sense, but you've got it otherwise.
