There are already techniques of rotating points at specific degrees. For rotating 270°, the original coordinate (x, y) would become (x, -y). So, when you are asked to rotate the points 270°, just change the y-coordinate to its opposite sign. When you plot the points, it looks like that shown in the picture. The rotated parallelogram is in orange.

Therefore, the new coordinates for K' is (-6,-4) and L' is (-3,-3). The answer is B.
