Part A: He earns the most money with the 3rd arrangement. Because the 1st arrangement is equal to 60, the second one is equal to 55, and the 3rd one is equal to 102.3. And the 3rd one is the greatest. 

Part B: He earns the least money with the 2nd arrangement. Because the 1st arrangement is equal to 60, the second one is equal to 55, and the 3rd one is equal to 102.3. And the 2nd one is the smallest.
