Can someone explain on how to answer this question

I am pretty sure it is 2/25. I am not too sure.

You know that 8% is out of 100% So put it in a fraction > 8/100
Then, if you see both even numbers, divide by 2... That equals: 4/50... Still even, do it again. 2/25. Now, there's an odd number. And 2 is a prime number so you can not divide it by another number any more. That's your answer, 2/25.

The right answer should be 6 but your not very specific
