If a b c are all positive integers in a right triangle they form a pythagorean triple?

Not necessarily. Pythagorean triples are already set in the rules of geometry. Just because you have three positive numbers on your sides doesn't mean that they are triples. However, some triples may appear that way. Here are a list of some. ☺
