With this question it was not answer b this is my second time w a quiz having this question

What you need to do is find the option that is 5 units from the origin or (0,0)

the first point will be (0,0) and the 2nd is (x,y)
so
but the radius is 5 so D=5

find the x and y values in the options that work

for the first otion we get √25 or 5 which works
2nd we get √27
3rd we get √5 which is wrong
4th we get √13 which is wrong

answer is first one, the point (2,√21)
