1. Finding the monthly fee (x) + rate per minute (y)

x + 150y = 45.50
x + 100y = 38.00
you have to deduct those equatations (x - x = 0, 150y - 100y = 50y, 45.5 - 38 = 7.5)

- finding rate per minute:
50y = 7.50
5y = 0.75
y = 0.15

- finding monthly fee
x + 150 *0.15 = 45.50
x = 45.50 - 22.50
x = 23.00
