by comparing (1) and (3)
2m+c=7.5m+2.5c
5.5m+1.5c=0
5.5m=-1.5c
m=-1.5/5.5c(4)
sub 4 into 1,
-6/11c+c=30
c=66
m=-1.5/5.5*66=-18
