For number 16, the rule is y=x-2. So basically, subtract 2 from the input to get the output.

For the question about Gabriella, you would have to first subtract 35 from 95 to get the amount she paid for each hour. after that, divide the difference between 95 and 35 by 15 to find out how many hours she went skiing for.
