2/3(3-6x)=x-2-6     
2/3(3-6x)= x-8  distribute 2/3
2/3(3)- 2/3(6x)=x-8
6/3-12x/3=x-8  divide where you can
2-4x=x-8   combine like terms
2+8=x+4x   add
10=5x  divided by 5
10/5=5x/5
2=x
