You are also correct on B. because for it to be likely for her to score, the probability needs to be over 1/2. It is definitely not certain that she will score because it is not a 100% chance. Finally, it is not impossible for her to score because it is not a 0% chance. Hope this helped!

Number 14 is absolutely correct. I think that Number 13 is actually letter C because 1/3 x 104 = 34.6666... but it is impossible for a fraction of a person to vote, so it would just be 34. Same thing with 1/6 x 104 = 17.333 a fraction of a person cannot vote. So it would just be 17. 3/8 x 104 = 39. 
39 + 34 + 17 = 90
104 - 90 = 14.
