Y = 3/4x - 1
to find points, plug in a value for x and solve for the y. 

i'm going to start with x =4, and solve for a y

y = 3/4(4) -1
y = 3 - 1
y = 2

The point is (4,2)

Find two other values by choosing two other x values and then you can graph the line
