How many sides are on this triangle need asap and i need someone whi actually knows not some second grader

i need to figure out the area of the pyramid but first i need to know how many sides are there. i know there is a side at the bottom (the base) but i can't make out how many are at the top. i will mark brainliest if someone tells me the area of the actual pyramid and explain, but most importantly i need how many sides are there.
