Your mistake is that the 3rd power is not for the 15, that is just to show units
that is cubic inches
you should have done
15=(4/3)pir^3 then solved
anyway

15=4/3pir^3
45=4pir^3
11.25=pir^3
(11.25/pi)=r^3
cube root both sides
1.52992=r

answer is 1.53 in
