How do i factor this equation? 1-49c^2

Because the square root of 49 is seven, you now have to squared values that can be used
So 1-7^2c^2
And now, because of the negative, you will have
(1-7c)(1+7c)

The answer is budget i believe. hope this but it’s self explanatory.
