4 = (-1)(0) + c
c = 4

When, x = 2, y = (-1)(2) + 4 = -2 + 4 = 2
x = 4, y = (-1)(4) + 4 = -4 + 4 = 0
x = 6, y = (-1)(6) + 4 = -6 + 4 = -2

y-y1=m(x-x1) replace your first point (0,4)=(x1,y1) and m=-1 from your problem
you get  y-4=-1(x-0)
              y= -x+4

for x=2  y= -2+4 = 2
