now we need to find the equation of the line that passes throgh (-3,6) and parallel to the previous equation
since it is parallel to the previous equation then they have the same slopes
thus the slope is -2
now we need to use
y - y1 = m(x - x1) to determine the equation
subsitute the values of x1 and y1
and m is the slope
y - 6 = -2(x +3)
y - 6 = -2x -6
y = -2x
